PRODUCT WARRANTY CLAIM CONDITIONS

1. Product Guarantee

- We provide a guarantee covering any damage that may occur during transportation, including protection against breakage, agar gel soil spillage, and other potential impairments that may arise in transit.
In case of fungus or bacteria appearing on the plantlet, please be assured that they can still grow as usual.

2. Warranty Period

- The package will arrive within 14 days. In case of force majeure clauses, the plantlet can survive without light for up to 20 days. If delivery takes longer than this, we need to discuss the situation.

2.1 For products purchased on Etsy, the warranty period specified on their website: [Etsy's buyer policy] https://www.etsy.com/legal/buyers/?ref=list According to Etsy policy, refunds are available 180 days after the transaction. After this period, Etsy cannot process refunds for your order.

2.2 For purchases made on other websites or platforms, refunds can be requested within one month of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refund requests beyond this timeframe.

3. Evidence for Warranty (due to the product's sensitivity to transportation over long distances, please take the time to record a video)
Please make sure to take a video while unboxing the item you received. It will serve as evidence in case you need to request a refund.

4. Conditions and Exceptions
Upon receipt and planting of the plantlet, we are not responsible for any issues beyond the point of sale due to factors outside our control.
